What is Universal Preschool?
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Flexible Funding: UPK funding can be combined with other programs, such as the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).
Year-Round Applications: Families can apply at any time during the school year. Matches happen on a rolling basis, and you will be notified directly with enrollment steps.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION TIPS

3-Year-Olds without an IEP: Families seeking preschool for 3-year-olds without an IEP should contact their local school district directly for placement options.
Talk to Your Provider: We encourage families to discuss schedules, specific funding questions, and tuition rates directly with their chosen provider.
