Why did I choose to work in the Early Childhood field?

I was granted the opportunity to enter the Early Childhood field during my pursuit of a rewarding profession. Access to quality early childhood services has positive impacts on child and family outcomes, leading us to a strong and healthy community. The responsibility to create a robust early childhood system falls upon us all.
